Overall, T-Mobile’s network performance is generally very good. The performance has become a lot better in the past few years, which is due to the increasing loyal customer user base that T-Mobile has enjoyed. They have installed many more cell phone towers through out the continental United States, in addition to Europe. Generally, because of the excellent array of cell phones that T-Mobile offers, the good quality of the cell phone satellite towers transmit signals well to the high-quality antennas that are customary with T-Mobile cell phones.

The problem with T-Mobile’s service, however, is that although the service is extremely good in areas that are supported, there are many dark zones where there is no cellular service coverage. This can be a problem for those individuals that travel into the less populated territories. As such, if you know that you will be staying within a moderate to highly populated area, then you should have no problems with reception-related issues. However, you should definitely plan ahead and perhaps go with another plan if you intend on traveling into these territories.

Regarding dropped calls, T-Mobile has a good reputation for not having many dropped calls, which can cause a large amount of frustrations to cell phone users. Their network is smooth and has the characteristic of having high bandwidth and reliability, which allows for the rate of dropped calls to decrease. However, not every cell phone provider is perfect, and you will sometimes experience dropped calls. It is important to note here though that it is low relative to some other cell phone service companies.
