Common consensus seems to indicate average to above average Sprint customer service experience in the S.F. Bay Area. Most users have complained about service being somewhat hesitant in cooperating with customers, but eventually solving the problems presented.

It seems that there are good and bad with any cell carrier around here in SF. Sprint has great selection of phones and plans. Also their service is polite and helpful so long as you don’t blow up in their face, which I have with other providers in the past. I remember calling about taking minutes off my plan one time because I didn’t need so many and the service lady didn’t try to talk me out of it. A little less than ten minutes later, my call was finished with the changes I wanted. Pretty nifty. If you’re as jaded as I am with cell providers I think you’ll find that Sprint is above average when it comes to service.

What a great service department! I used so many different cell phone services before and they all treated me like I was 15. But Sprint has the best phones and the best service because they are so fast and friendly whenever I call them to ask about my bill. I tell all my friends about how great Sprint is and they are using Sprint too now. I don’t have to yell at all the idiots in the service dept. anymore with Sprint being so much greater.
