Customer service for CellularOne was definitely impressive upon our first encounter with an operator. The operator was friendly and was willing to help. We were having trouble with one of our cell phone bills, and the operator was able to contact the manager quickly and had the problem resolved in a short amount of time. They also apologized for the mistake that they made, which further shows their good business ethics and genuine care for their customers. We look upon this highly and we commend CellularOne for the painless experience.

Online customer service when submitting information through their website was also very intuitive and easy to use. CellularOne does not fill their websites with a bunch of difficult to fill information in an attempt to dissuade the user from filling out a customer care form. Their forms were simple and we were able to fill them out in a relatively short period of time. In addition, their website was extremely responsive, so submitting forms and getting returned results and information was quick. We ran into no problems when filling out the forms, as is the case sometimes with other cell phone service providers where errors would occur on their web forms. Regarding customer care responses, we received one within 12 hours, which is quite impressive considering the size of their business. CellularOne definitely deserves a round of applause for this, and we definitely give two thumbs up overall for their excellent online customer service.

In addition, CellularOne’s in-store customer service was commendable. The representatives were very informed and friendly, and they put the customers’ best interests first before their own self interests. The representative recommended the V360 to us without placing too much pressure on us, and explained all the different features that we could expect to use. Overall, customer service at CellularOne is superior, and so it comes very highly recommended in this regard.
