Pay $10 more dollars, and you will double your minutes to 1000 minutes. Definitely a great deal for the normal cell phone user who plans to talk a fair amount of time on their cell phone.

The Alltel Greater Freedom plan is intended for those individuals who will stay closer to home, and don’t necessarily travel much.
